Delete your PrayaasIQ account

You can delete your PrayaasIQ account, and the data that belongs to it, yourself at any time, in the app or on the website.
How to delete it
If you can't log in any more, write to us from the Contact page with the mobile number or email of the account, and we will delete it within 7 days after confirming it is yours.
- Log in to the PrayaasIQ app or website.
- Open Profile and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete my account, tick the box to confirm, and tap Delete for good.
What is deleted
This happens straight away and can't be undone.
- Your account: mobile number, email, password and name.
- Your profile: date of birth, category, education, contact details and profile photo.
- Your test attempts, answers and scores, daily practice history and topic strengths.
- Your PrayaasIQ Pass, notification settings and the question problems you reported.
What is kept
Payment records (plan, amount, date and the payment reference) are kept for as long as tax law requires, without your name, number or email.
